Our most popular blend combines the bright acidity and caramel sweetness of the Bourbon varieties of Central America with the earthy, smooth full bodied nature of Indonesian varieties. This blend features 3 coffees roasted to 2 profiles, a Vienna and a Full City, for the perfect medium dark blend.

In May of 2010, Haden and Rose began roasting coffee on a 3 kilo electric roaster, affectionately called the “red rooster.” Freshly engaged to be married, the two renovated the back of Rose’s mother’s bookstore into a small coffee roastery and retail store. 6 years later, Red Rooster is still pursuing excellence in small batches, with a focus on fair trade, organic, and transparent coffees.
