DIY Espresso is crafted to yield a full, sweet and creamy espresso experience. The components change based on what coffees are available. Currently, it is 1/3 Brazil Recreio Farm, 1/3 Burundi Rugoza and 1/3 Colombia Los Naranjos. We recommend the following recipe: --19 grams dose weight --28-30 grams beverage weight --25 seconds --8-10 days off roast DIY also tastes great as a brewed coffee, particularly with heavier brews such as French Press or Aeropress. We recommend a 1:15 coffee to water ratio. Happy brewing!
