About Compelling Coffee Guatemala Bella Carmona

We have a soft spot for the super drinkable, sweet, and balanced coffees produced by the Antigua valley and processed by the Zelaya family. While they’re not hyper complex, exotic acid bombs, there’s always more than enough nuance to keep the cup interesting. This lot from Hacienda Bella Carmona is composed of peak harvest Bourbon and Typica cherries, and we find comforting flavors of marzipan, honey, caramel, at the foundation, with hints of dried red berries and slightly tart green fruits in the rounded acidity.
