Our lightest-blend, roasted to highlight the juicy, fruity nuances of its East African components as an espresso or filter coffee, while maintaining a flavorful balanced presence in milk. Seasonal coffees selected for consistency: brown sugar sweetness greets the palate, followed by red fruit nuances, fading into a clean and sweet finish.
Our offerings are not just selected for their uniqueness, but for their flavor vibrancy and “cleanliness,” meaning it must be free of flavor taints caused by poor processing or storage. Coffee is a seasonal fruit; we only offer coffees within a certain window of freshness (9 – 13 months past harvest). Our “green” (unroasted) coffee partners know we do not accept coffees that are past their peak, taste of ferment, or have flattened acidity. It’s these standards and an unending focus on increasing sweetness, solubility, and pleasant flavors through the roasting process that have lead to great reputation in the specialty coffee industry and beyond.
