Processed using the Red Honey method at the Las Lajas micro-mill in the Central Valley of Costa Rica, this coffee offers heavy fruit notes in the aroma, and chocolate flavors in the cup. Consisting of both Caturra and Catuai varieties, grown at 1400 meters.
