The Recipe:<\/h2>\n

Coffee:<\/strong> 26g
\nWater:<\/strong> 175ml \u201chot as you can get it\u201d \/ 75ml bypass
\nGrind:<\/strong> \u201cDrippish\u201d (8 on the EK-43)
\nFilter:<\/strong> x3 \u2013\u00a0Paper, Able Metal, Paper sandwich
\nMethod:<\/strong> Inverted<\/p>\n

Wrap AeroPress in an Old German beer cozy.<\/p>\n

Add 175ml of water
\nGood agitation
\nAdd plunger and pull back a little for some nice back pressure
\n1:15 \u2013 slow press 30 seconds, stop before the hiss & bubble<\/p>\n

Add 75ml of water and stir.<\/p>\n
